Our first post!

I am new to the blog world, so here goes nothing! I know so many people that blog and I have always thought it was a great idea,  so I finally decided to start one for our family! Right now as I write this Brian and I have been married 6 years, David just turned 2 in Jan. and Jonathan is 6.5 months old! Oh man are they precious boys! We are truly blessed parents! David is really giving us a run for the money with his “terrible 2” outbursts.  We are learning through trial and error the best ways to discipline him in this fun stage! At the same time he is just the sweetest, most adorable, lovable bundle of joy you could lay your eyes on.  He is so incredible! Jonathan has the biggest smile that will melt your heart.  If you are having a rough day, one smile from this sweet boy and your gray clouds will dissappear.  He is a huge 6.5 month old and he LOVES his momma!

About 6 months ago our family moved from California to Tennessee.  It was a big and scary move for us, but the Lord has blessed us indeed.  We came out here hoping that Brian would be able to transfer with CVS pharmacy and sure enough he was able to transfer and our insurance benefits never lapsed.  He has just recently been promoted to store manager, which is very exciting but also means another move for our family! We will be moving sometime in May to the Memphis area of Tennessee.  While another move does not sound fun we know that God has some great things in store for us there!

I have been blessed to be able to stay home with my two sweet boys! I do work part time for a lady at our church in her home daycare and am blessed to bring the boys with me.  I stay very busy and very tired with my boys but its worth every minute of it! I am really excited about starting this blog and keeping our distant and close family and friends up to date with our lives!

Loved seeing the pix of the boys and getting news about you all. We just returned from a cruise through the Panama Canal and now I have bronchitis, but getting better. Our dinner partners on the cruise were retired Methodist ministers and their wives, from TN. We so enjoyed getting to know them. The couple from Chattanooga are very active in working with the Palestinian people. Sad stories, but a wonderful commitment.
